Glossary Table Macro

To use the Glossary Table macro, add Glossary as a macro on a page.

Table

The table displays a list of glossary terms with their corresponding descriptions:

  • Table Caption - The caption of the table is titled "Glossary" by default, but it can be customized using the Name setting in the settings panel.
  • Columns - The table consists of two columns:
    • Name - Contains the name of the glossary term, displayed prominently as bold text.
    • Description - Contains the description or definition of the term.

Table Settings

The table settings panel allows users to customize the display and filtering of the table.

NameUsers can define the name or title of the glossary displayed in the table, and this updates the Table Caption.
View Mode

Users can choose between two options:

  • All - displays all terms available in this space.
  • Only on page - displays only terms on the page and included pages.
LabelsUsers can filter the glossary terms by labels.
Language

The default language is the one set in the glossary for the Space by default, but users can change it for the table.

Alternative formsEnables displaying Alternative forms in the table.
LabelsEnables displaying Labels in the table.
Global termEnables displaying Global term indicator in the table.
