Modules
Simple Glossary for Confluence consists of the following modules:
- Global settings - specify global terms: on/off and Editors.
- Space settings - specify space settings: Languages and Editors.
- Space page - Terms management page.
- Glossary Table macro - Glossary table with filters.
- Intext Term Macro - adds term directly to the text, highlight it and shows its definition.
- Content Byline Item - detects terms on the page and displays definitions.
- Glossary Context - detects terms in selected text, displays definitions or suggests creating a new Term.
Roles
- Global terms editor - Confluence user who can create, update, and delete global terms (specified in Global settings).
- Terms editor - Confluence user who can create, update, and delete terms in the Space on Space page or with Glossary Context (specified in Space settings).
- User - can search terms and find them on pages and add macros.
