Glossary Context

TIP

To use the Glossary in context, select text on the page and choose Glossary from the context items list.

Find terms​

The Glossary Context detects terms in selected text and displays definitions.

Alternative forms, like abbreviations, variations or synonyms, are shown in the language found in the text.

Term definitions are displayed in the glossary’s Main language for the Space (specified in Space settings).

Create new term​

If no terms are found in the selected text and the user has Terms editor permissions (specified in Space settings), a new term can be created with the selected text as the term name. To add a new term, select "Add new."
